Happy 2014, you lovely bookish people you!

I apologize for the radio silence over here, but I've been busy getting things ready for the new year! I've compiled all your information to see what people like to read, started writing up a house rules post (this will be up soon) and have been doing research on discussion questions. I aim to make this an enjoyable experience for all of you! After all, that's what book clubs are all about.

We won't actually start a club book until February. However we will be voting on what to read in the coming weeks!

For now, in the spirit of the new year, I thought we'd do introductions. I know some of you who are on here, and others I've just met online. So let's get to know one another, shall we?

I'll start.

Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm a book lover, a book devourer, and an all around book hoarder. In fact, I have enough books in storage to start my own library if I had the space! (Oh, do I wish I had the space.) I love books so much, I run a book blog called Hopelessly Devoted Bibliophile.

I'm looking forward to getting this book club up and running. I hope to meet some new bookish people to chat with, pull people out of their reading comfort zones, and prove that reading is really one of the best hobbies ever! :)
